Our Service

3PSi will work on projects of any size from an individual room to a major re-development, from demolition & structural alterations & extensions to final decorations & furnishing.

We will handle every aspect of the job including:

- planning applications, building regulations submissions, listed building & conservation area consents

- appointment of specialist consultants: structural engineers, M&E consultants, planning supervisors

- design concepts: images & material samples

- sourcing furniture and materials from our agents throughout Asia and internationally

- design of bespoke cabinetry, unique architectural elements & furniture pieces

- detailed as-built drawings, specifications & scope of works for tendering and construction

administration

- overseeing the construction process through to completion.

We are happy to work on a design and build basis with our team of contractors, to undertake a full tender procedure or to work with our clients’ preferred contractors.
